Warranty and spare part questions
The answers below cover the questions raised most often after delivery. Send the serial number with any part enquiry so the correct revision is supplied.
The complete machine carries a [X] Year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear parts such as wheels, seals, control handles and batteries are covered for [X] Months. The warranty covers parts supply; labour is quoted separately unless agreed in the supply contract.
Spare parts are despatched by courier from the factory once the part number and photos are confirmed. We keep wear parts in stock for current models and can consolidate parts into a distributor's next container to reduce freight cost.
Every machine ships with a printed manual and a short commissioning video link. For multi-unit orders we schedule a video call with the technician during first assembly, and can provide a written commissioning checklist on request.
Machines are built for one input voltage because the motor, charger and control transformer are matched at assembly. Dual-voltage operation would require an external step-up transformer, which we do not recommend for site use. Tell us the destination country and we configure the correct voltage and plug.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin where applicable, declaration of conformity and the operation manual. Additional certification or third-party inspection can be arranged before loading.
Send the serial number and a photo
Part requests are matched against the serial plate. Include a photo of the damaged component and the machine hours so the correct part is quoted once.
