The TF series mounts on the rear of a truck or trailer and unloads itself at the delivery point. It is used by building material suppliers, equipment distributors and solar installers who deliver to sites without a forklift on the ground.

Engine service parts follow the maintenance schedule in the manual; damage from incorrect fuel or missed service is not covered. Spare parts are despatched by courier once the part number and photos are confirmed.

The machine is built for one input voltage, because the motor, charger and control transformer are matched during assembly. Tell us the destination country and we configure 110V with a US plug or 230V with an EU or UK plug before testing.

Standard configuration is 35–40 days from deposit confirmation. Custom branding, non-standard voltage and mixed-model containers add time to the schedule, and the confirmed date is written into the order confirmation.

Yes. Sample orders of one unit are accepted so you can inspect the finish and run a site test. Sample freight is quoted at cost, and the difference is credited against a follow-up bulk order of eleven units or more.

Units ship in fumigation-free wooden cases with moisture barrier film, secured to the case base. Case dimensions, gross weight and marks are issued on the packing list before loading so your broker can pre-clear the shipment.

FOB from Shanghai Port is the standard basis. CIF to your destination port and DDP to door are quoted on request with the final address and postcode, so duty and inland delivery are included in one figure.
